This page contains information on how to redeem Everdure promotional offers and forms a part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Delivery will be made only within Australia only.
The promotion is valid for Everdure branded products only, purchased from an authorised Everdure dealer during the promotional period.
This offer applies to eligible private retail buyers of eligible, new Everdure appliances during the promotional period. The offer strictly excludes; display stock, factory second & T2 stock, carton damaged, project and commercial sales.

Promotional offer:
Purchase an eligible Everdure Outdoor kitchen from a participating retailer between 27th of March & 31st May 2026 and be eligible to receive a bonus Limited Edition Kiln P in Terracotta (EKILNPT) worth $849 RRP.
Eligible Customer’s must purchase an Everdure Outdoor Kitchen during the following Promotion Period. The promotional period commences at 12.01AM AEDT on 27th March 2026 and ends 11:59pm AEST on 31st May 2026. Entires must be received by the Promoter by 11:59pm AEST on 30th June 2026. Any entries received after this date will be ineligible. The offer is limited to one redemption per purchase and strictly whilst stocks last.
The promotion may end earlier should stocks of the offered products not be available and Worldwide Pty Ltd reserves the right to change/substitute/replace the promotional products at any time during the promotional period with products to equal or higher value of the original products offered without notice.

Who can enter
This competition is only open to Australian residents 18 years of age and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. One entry per appliance purchased.

Eligible Purchases
Entrants must purchase an eligible Everdure Outdoor kitchen, as listed below, from an authorised Everdure dealer. An “Authorised Everdure dealer” excludes any on-line bidding or auction websites (i.e. www.ebay.com.au) or any unauthorised retailers. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product the customer verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion.
Appliances must be paid in full prior to entering. Laybys will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Competition Period.
If an appliance is on backorder ('out of stock') a deposit on that appliance must be paid during the Competition Period to be eligible for this competition. Full payment and receipt of the appliance must occur before the Competition Closing Date in order to lodge an online entry.

How to enter
Purchase an eligible Everdure outdoor kitchen from a participating authorised dealer during the Promotional Period and register your entry by submitting the online promotion entry form at www.everdure.au/promotions no later than the Closing Date.
Entrants must agree to these full Terms and Conditions on the online entry form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase.
When entering you must supply the following information:
Contact details – first and last name of claimant (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), email address, and daytime contact phone number. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for an entrant submitting incorrect details.
Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating customer name, date of purchase, store name (including address), invoice number, details of appliance including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. warranty costs) and total invoice amount.
You can provide us with your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading with your claim form:
Scanning - scan proof of purchase and save as a PDF
Photo - take a photo of your proof of purchase from your smartphone and make sure it is in focus and legible.
Redemption form should only be completed via an on-line form on everdure.au in full by the purchaser only, The form can be emailed to the customer should you not be able to complete this on-line form. Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of an entry and forfeiture of any right to the prize.
Worldwide Pty Ltd recommends that you take a copy of the invoice & keep a copy of the completed redemption form before you post it to us as we will not be liable for any loss.
All transactions (i.e. payment in FULL to the retailer) and redemption forms must be fully completed by the customer and received by the promoter (Worldwide Pty Ltd) by 11:59pm on 30th June to be eligible for the promotion. No redemptions will be processed after this date.
Once the offer has been redeemed there will be no refunds available on the purchased items. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the redemption form by the promoter (Worldwide Pty Ltd) for delivery to redeemer’s nominated delivery address. The product will be delivered to anywhere within Australia and no goods will be held after the 8 week delivery period.
Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer with an alternative offer or product of equal or greater value.
The value of the product offered is at its suggested retail price. The promoter accepts no variation in the value of the offer.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the redemption process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/ or claims.
By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other correspondence to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
