The Built-in FURNACE Flat Plate (Center) is made of durable vitreous enamel cast iron, and is suitable for center zone configuration. 

Its raised rim ensures a neat and convenient cooking experience, while its finger access allows for easy changeover. 

Two grease drainage holes are placed at one end to channel away excess fats and oils.
